the courtyards are really great! the location is super close to dfw airport, making it easy for travelers. the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and check-in was a breeze. our room was spacious and had really good air conditioning. we also loved how dark the room was at night, perfect for a good sleep!

Wonderful staff, clean rooms.

Spent a couple of nights at the Courtyard in Bedford recently. The room had a nice layout, spacious with comfy beds. Really liked the dark curtains. perfect for sleeping in. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful during check-in, which made me feel welcomed. On the downside, the fitness center was a major letdown. The equipment looked outdated, and I had trouble accessing it with my key card on multiple occasions. Also, the breakfast situation was frustrating. I paid extra for breakfast but ended up paying an additional $40 for a meal that was supposed to be included. Some staff were slow and overwhelmed in the kitchen. Overall, the hotel is clean, but it definitely needs some updates and improvements in service and amenities.

Breakfast was a letdown since there wasn’t even coffee. The bar was closed too. The staff were friendly, though, which helped a bit. Can't say I’d rush back.
